TRANSFORMING
THE HEART OF SEATTLE
THROUGH PRAYER

Lent is traditionally a time of prayer and fasting as Christian’s look to the living hope found in the resurrection of Jesus Christ. During this season, Pray Seattle helps link thousands of people across the city to unite in prayer for our people, churches, kids, businesses and more. Now in our fourth year, Pray Seattle has become a network of relationships across denominations and organizations committed to each other and to seeking our God in prayer.

We invite you to join others across the city to pray for Jesus to be exalted, the church to be united, our city to be transformed, and individuals to have a life-changing encounter with Christ.

THE PRAY SEATTLE STORY

THREE WAYS TO GET INVOLVED

Join people from all over the city coming together across denominations, traditions, and styles to worship and pray. Led by the Pray Seattle team, several Seattle pastors, and a multi-church worship team, this is a night you don’t want to miss! It’s the perfect way to launch into 40 days of prayer and preparation for Easter.

Date: February 15, 2026
Time: 6:30 - 8:30 PM
Location: University Presbyterian Church

All ages are welcome!
*no specific kids programming, but kids are more than welcome to join us in worship.

This free Prayer Passport is your guide for the 40 days of Lent. Each week contains a different prayer theme with scriptures and suggested prayers. Use this book in your personal devotions, your small group, your Sunday service, however you like! As we pray through the 40 days we can be assured that we are joining the prayers of thousands across our city, lifting our voices and hearts to God in unison. There is space to write down notes, as we not only bring our requests to God, but invite Him to share His heart for the city with us.

Each week there will be an open prayer room in a different part of the city. We’re calling it an “Urban Pilgrimage” as it is an opportunity for you or a group to come and pray in the diverse locales of our city. Churches host these spaces, setting up the rooms with various prayer stations related to that week’s theme, creating a peaceful and inviting atmosphere for your own self-guided prayer experience. We invite you to come, slow down, and spend time with God in these sacred spaces.

Every Wednesday evening, there will be a guided time of worship and prayer in each space.
